If Gregory Rousseau falls into the late 20s should the Cowboys trade up for him? He seems similar to Danielle Hunter. Jaelan Phillips might slip into the early 20s but imo he won't be in striking distance for a trade up.

Trade up? No.

I think he needs to be in play at 44 though.
That's my prediction and I'm sticking to it.

10 has safe pick corner written all over it.

Don't worry, we will be assured they had a first round grade on Rousseau.

I don’t like him... like at all. As in I don’t want to use 44 on him.

Frankly, I’m not sure where I’d be ok with taking him.
He is really raw and needs to be in the right spot.

Strikes me as the type that will stick around due to position need league wide and ends up being his best with his second or third team.

All he has is length, IMO. He has no suddenness, or get off. I just can’t see him ever being what you’d want.

I’ve been wrong before though.

He’s be well worth a trade up....from 124

I hear it. It may be a while before anyone sees anything from him. Maybe not even during his rookie deal.

I wouldn't take him, but I have a feeling the team will at 44.

My saving grace there is my UM fan friend...who knows his stuff...really likes him. More than Phillips long term actually.

I'd take him in the 3rd...as I think he can be a Crawford type player that would give you great position flex but I don't see a difference maker at edge rusher at all.

I think there is a place for him in this league, just nowhere near as early as original draft sites were projecting him.

He's a weird looking player with the size and decent speed but skinny legs. I think I'd probably take him at 44 though. Don't know how you luck into 15.5 sacks

His combo of extreme length and high-end speed could be such a weapon, and that's why I can't quit him. Crazy mismatch potential.

I'd take him at 44 all day, and wouldn't be surprised if he went in the 1st. 15 sacks and 19 TFLs as a redshirt freshman, that is not your average 2nd round DE's statline.

I'd like him better if he were a DT and about 20 pounds heavier.
