It would be our luck that he comes out ballin helping the Cowboys get to the NFCCG only to get suspended the week of the game. If his pending appeal is based off of him missing a test while in rehab that's a legitimate appeal or even for a substance he was prescribed by a doctor while in rehab but other than that what is there really to appeal? It would be just delaying the inevitable

Assuming the rumor is true that he missed a test, might be some independently-verifiable and extenuating circumstances that caused it that could weigh heavily in favor of a reduced verdict... and/or, that he made up for the missed test within such a short amount of time, it is ridiculous to presume there was something in his system that disappeared within the number of hours between... and/or, that he submitted to a blood test shortly after the missed appt, the results of which, unlike a urine test, are practically impossible to dispute.

Lots of room for appeal, regardless, depending on the details of the situation.

I recall some local beat guys also suggesting Gregory was appealing the suspension

David Wells and his lackeys were trying to use it as leverage against Dez after being told what they could do with themselves. There is definitely a scumbag but I don't think it is the reporters in this case.
