That's the way I see it it doesn't matter who is the better of the group only that the group gets better. It's all about the team taking that next step.

i have high expectations for Gregory....if he can keep his head on straight....if he comes back 100% focused and ready to put the green stuff behind him until hes done with the game then the man will be on a mission.

Well it’s hard to count Gregory out. I said he wouldn’t be in football shape in the game against Philly, and he chased that dude down. His quickness is impressive. I have no clue if he’s still got it, but he’s a way better physical player than taco on paper at the time. I have no idea is he still has it. Who ever gets the snaps we will see. This really shouldn’t be an argument, I’m just not sold on taco at all, but we better hope taco is the better player.

Who cares? If they can both get on the field and perform at a high level the pass rush will
be much better as a whole.

Taco. I think he finishes with 8-10 sacks and becomes a consistent threat to get to the quarterback by the end of the season. He showed some real flashes towards the end of last season. A line of Tank, Lawrence and Taco should be nasty, and absolutely ridiculous if they bring Jaylon off the edge too.

Gregory might play 50 snaps, if he's reinstated.

Its been such a long time since he played and he never found himself as a player in the NFL when he was here. My expectations are none.

There have been a ton of extremely talented players that never amount to anything.

Effort and dedication matter.

I’m not counting Gregory out. But it’s not inaccurate to say Taco is further ahead than him currently. Taco has more career sacks, played all last season and has been with the team training and participating in OTA’s. Gregory hasn’t even been in the facility in over a year.

Gregory's physical attributes make him an intriguing RDE, but he's so far behind right now. If he can develop as the 4th DE that would be a huge step forward, but at this point Lawrence, Crawford, Charlton, Ealy, Armstrong, and Jones are ahead of him.

Gregory has been removed from football from injuries and suspensions all but 24 games in college and a whopping 2 games in the NFL.
I have zero expectations. In fact I would actually be pretty surprised if he played this season.

Both players have a lot of potential. One has more potential than the other, but the other one has more potential to reach his potential.
