why are people acting like joey thomas's interception was a good thing, he was roasted on the play and a good or even decent throw would have been 6, that was a horrendous throw.

And as for the pass rush. I hope this place doesnt become a nuthouse all weekend with people concerned with sacks.

Keith Davis told Brad and Babe on the post game show that they didnt run the defense they are installing at camp, they were in base all night because they want to be good in the base defense especially later in the year.

One of my favorite moments of the night was seeing the big smile on Wade's face for that first touchdown. Hell, and in the preseason too. Just kind of shocked the hell out of me after being so used to Parcells.

....You alright under that bus Bill? :D

B Johnson needs to go I think. Nothing seems to click for him at all at this point.
I really didn't come away feeling this way actually - I actually felt like he did a pretty decent job. Yeah he slightly underthrew Fasano, but he knew where to go with the ball, and he will force nothing.

The high snap threw him off a tad, and that's why he lost concentration and fumbled that ball.

I also thought the pass rush was pretty good. The one time that Manning had all day to throw was on a blitz where everyone fell for the play-fake, and it took them to long to regain their composure.

But I definitely didn't see the true blitz package I'm used to seeing Wade run.

I think the defense looked like last years version with the pass rush. Of course Wade wasnt breaking into his bag of blitzes.
