Why? Because they are very good so far. They have beaten the Heat and Thunder and take on the Knicks tonight.

I think we have a very good solid team. So far our bench has been shooting lights out. I won't go crazy and say we have a championship team but as long as we don't have any major injuries we can be a team to reckon with.

This was my pick to play the Heat in the Finals this year. Even though they are in our division I dont hate them. They are a solid team.

:laugh2:

Should've let Z-Bo go would've loved to see him whoop Perkins ***. Can't stand that fool. Supposedly Perkins told Randolph to meet him by the bus, but I don't think there was any altercation.

Anyways Grizz got a very good team. Last season they just had a tough time with injuries. Randolph clearly wasn't himself in the postseason. I thought they'd be miss OJ Mayo at least a little bit, but they really haven't. Right now there isn't really a clear cut best team out West. There's several good teams that are more than capable of winning the conference. San Antonio, Oklahoma City, both LA teams, Memphis, and Dallas if Dirk gets back and healthy.

I was expecting another easy division title this year, so the grizz are annoying to me right now! Lol, but ya they are very good, they could compete with us for it this year

The Grizz are definitely gonna make the Spurs work to get the division title and best record in the West this year. I am not pleased at all with the way the Grizzlies have started the season. Instead of acting like Koala Bears, they are actually acting like Grizzly Bears.

Spurs win on a late game comeback and dominant overtime, at least the first 3 minutes. But ya, pop resting his players was bad call!

It was a great game and I think we just ran out of gas.

nope, you guys got hosed with that shot clock violation that wasn't called....but I blame Hollins. He is the HC and should be the one who has to speak up to the refs. Instead, there was abolutely no one on the Memphis side who paid attention to the violation. I mean, the shot clock was at zero before the Spurs player even shot it. Memphis should have never had the opportunity to grab the air ball and run the fast break, which eventually led to the turnover that gave the ball right back to the Spurs. Instead, it should have been Memphis ball to inbounds, either under their basket or call a TO and advance the ball. The refs screwed that call up and so did Hollins for not paying attention to the situation.

Aside from that, it was a great game......physical, intense, tough, and very entertaining. Memphis plays some very good defense, it is tough to get an open shot, and when you do get em, you have to make them and the Spurs werent, at least not until the 4th quarter.

I am happy with the win, any win over a divisional opponent is a great win. However, this one was super sweet because it felt like we gave David Stern a nice middle finger.

The only reason I feel him resting the 4 players was a bad call, was for the Spurs fans who live in Florida. They missed out on a chance to see their team at full strength. I could care less about Stern and any fans from other teams.

Aside from that, I have no issues with him doing this. Maybe if the NBA wouldnt make such silly scheduling and travel decisions, things like this wouldnt happen.

If we guard Ray Allen in the final 30 seconds, we win that game and then imagine how irate the basketball **** would have been. He hates the Spurs.....we are a dominant small market team, when Stern wants none.

Stern is a fool. Spurs basketball is one of the best thing in the league and has been for a long time, but instead of marketing it (selfless, team basketball with good character, discipline, sharing, and of course winning).....he would rather sell individuals, flash instead of substance, poor fundamentals, etc.

Yeah they blew that call but that goes with being a Grizz fan. We don't get calls and we know it.
