Had a short chat with him on Facebook. I told him to knock someone's head in and he said he would be glad to oblige.

We mostly chatted about Arizona needing to make Washington State pay for Oregon State's sins. But I thought I would share with you that he is ready and wants to hit someone.

To be honest, at 1st I made fun of him just to get under your skin because I knew you were his hugest fan. But when I saw that run he had in week 1, I was pretty impressed with him.

He's been on facebook for quite some time.

Facebook? Come on Hos... Twitter! Twitter is where it's at.

Gronkowski was the rookie free agent I was rooting for the most. Hope he continues to play well. Would love to see Moose get with him next off-season and work on his blocking.

I would have asked him about his pre-game meals. But that's just me.

Seafood fan. Doesn't that exclude you from being his buddy?
No, just eating with him.

Embarrassing story. A couple of weeks ago we went out to eat and the family wanted to go to Cheesecake Factory. I have never been. There seemed to be very little on their menu I could eat. They had us sitting near the kitchen and I could smell the lobster and my allergies are so bad I got sick and had to leave.

Safe to say I will never go there again.

Don't think I have ever heard of allergies that bad.

That sucks.

It has never hit me that bad. I was so embarrassed. My wife tipped the waiter huge and I called his manager to tell him how hard that kid worked.

You made the right call. Their deserts are awesome, but the food itself sux IMO. They have everything ever created on their menu and I dont think I've tried anything on it thats actually been good.

Hos, this is great news. The Gronka Truck is one of my favorite Cowboys already. I am not one to by jerseys, but if this kid sticks around and gets a long term contract, I will definitely invest in a 44 jersey. I do want to get me an 11 Roy Williams jersey....my favorite number and my favorite WR.

I need to tell him about your nickname for him.

I invited him to do a Q & A here. I hope he will.

I found it so funny when I kept bringing up Gronk late last season and in the offseason that everyone assumed I was talking about his brother, the kid drafted by the Pats. The only one that actually knew who I was talking about was Hos....then CowboysJoe did his research and learned about him as well. Still, even during the draft and shortly after, so many were confusing him with his brother.

I am so happy and thankful we got the Gronka Truck. I know NE is happy with his bro. Gronka will be one helluva FB for a long time for us, if he can remain healthy. I am gonna go there.....he will be Moose Part 2.

That would be cool....I think it is a great nickname....cause Tonka trucks were so darned durable...no matter how bad you beat on them, they never wore down or broke. I mean a family could go 3-4 generations on the same truck and really the only permanent damage would be to the plastic wheels...and I believe they have replacement wheels you can buy.

Gronka is gonna pave the way for our running game, give us great options inside the 5, and he is gonna give us a Moose-like personality that is vital for any offense, someone who will do all the dirty work in a selfless manner.
