This grooming thing is a friggin joke...

Now you have a lame duck coach who absolutely stinks in that position anyway...

Think players are going to listen to Norv if they know he's out in a couple of years?...

Why not hire 2 GREAT, up and coming coordinators, and build the coaching staff around Garrett that way?...

This is a waste of time and I don't have the patience for another 3 years of "grooming" and "rebuilding" on the coaching staff now...

the "grooming" thing is pure speculation byt the media...Jones hasnt said thats what going to happen...the Cowboys did say he was interviewed for the HC job as well, but it doesnt mean he'd get the job somewhere in the future

I really think alot of you are going off the deep end here...wait and see what actually happens...if Turner (or whomever) bombed in 2007, in 2008 I would bet the farm we see one of the other high profile HC's put into place...whether it be Cowher, Fisher, Lovie Smith, Del Rio, John Fox etc etc

Trust me...

You can't just shut off 24 years of being a fan...

I wish it were that simple...

Not even TO's signing, or the Campo era, or any of those debacles kept me away but I really thought JJ had learned a lot from Parcells and would keep away from this "Puppet Regime" that he used to run after Johnson left...
