They are okay. In a lot of ways though, he's never seen a player he doesn't like.
Remember, this is the guy during the draft two years ago who ridiculed every team he deemed needy of QB--beginning at the top of the draft that passed on Manziel.
By the time Dallas passed on him, he was about to explode.
I still enjoy his work ok though

To be fair to Gruden he wasn't the only guy to miss on Manziel. Still a few believe if he got his shitzel together he might make a pretty good player. Also if he was too critical these guys wouldn't want to come on the show and ratings would be bad.

I don't watch them. Like DFWJC said, Gruden loves them all. Every show will leave you feeling like "that guy can play!"
The only time I would probably watch is if Dallas drafted that player and I just wanted to see more stuff on him.
