Gruden insulted football owners and the commissioner. The insult of the Players Association leader would have just gotten him a slap on the wrist with a fine. Players did not seem to upset by the lips comment. Nobody likes Smith or Roger but when you mess with an owner you or insult the commissioner you might need to find another job.
