I can't stand how he tells McCoy he needs to change his accent. Umm, or players could just open their freaking ears and listen to the QB. If Gruden was so great with QBs then why did he need 5 of them on the Bucs roster at one time.

Maybe you're from the south and can understand it, but when he called that play I couldn't understand half of it. I watched that part on SportsCenter about a half dozen times, and I got a little closer to getting the whole thing. It is a real problem. The QB has to speak clearly. All you Southerners can be hard for us Northerners to follow. It's not something that will hold him back, but it is something he's going to have to work on.

Sorry, but I don't see Clausen as a leader of men in a huddle. He's such a little *****. Can you see him telling veterans what to do?

Peyton Manning had that. I remember watching an old NFL films show and showed Peyton in his rookie year basically ripping one of his veteran O-lineman to shreds on the sideline because he missed a block.

Can't remember who that was, I just know it was some veteran. It was awesome.

Clausen would just pout and be a little *****. Similiar to Brady Quinn.
