Next up. More blues. I tried to put the timing on this one, but it's a train-wreck and removed it.
Just a quick note on how to read it for those that are semi-new to reading tab. The "b" means bend the string and the second number is how high to bend it. So, when you see 10b12, it means bend the string at the 10th fret and bend it enough where the note sounds like the 12th fret being played.
The "v" is vibrato. Or shake the strings so it's sound raises and lowers quickly. (like singers do with their voice)
Now, I have two note sequences. They start the same, but finish differently. It gives you two looks at how you can play blues in pentatonic minor.
These are blues, so they aren't necessarily played really fast. The first bend is basically played the length of a whole note. The rest are mostly quarter or 8th notes.
These are in the key of E.
This one the ending IS played more quickly. The hammer on / pull off are probably 16th notes and the rest are maybe 8th notes.
I was going to try and record some of these so you can hear them, but I'm missing my USB cable for my USB audio capture device.
Is anyone actually using these? I don't want to waste time if nobody actually use them.
