Gunslinger Dak

We got the weapons the Oline to protect and a young OC with no tape out there on how he is going to call a game . We got Dak with another dedicated off season to getting better working with Kitna .

I see a bright future how could it possibly be worse than we had with Linehan

Good point, I forgot the improvement at OC will keep DC guessing the typical cowboys plays.

People are forgetting one thing THE SYSTEM, it’s a team game. If you believe this defense is going to take the next step ( top 5)and what you saw in the preseason carries over into regular season (turnovers) then this offense will have more opportunity to advanced the ball down the field & score points (aka compile more yards & TDs )

Same thing happened to 2015 Carolina Panthers, this offense is just much better overall especially OL.

Im with you brother I believe that defense is going to give us a handful more opportunities and Dak with Gallup are going to be on the same page this year and connect with the big plays that were a step off last yr

These will be the game breakers that propel Daks passing status to a new level IMO

The last thing Dak is a gunslinger. His Momma told him not to throw interceptions and thus he is the opposite of a gunslinger, he is a worry wart thrower. If the guy ain’t open by ten yards he throws the ball into the ground or two feet over his head. He does not have the accuracy to fit passes into small windows. I like the guy, but he is nothing more than a bus driver who can lead and run a bit.
His momma told him not to throw interceptions. His momma told him not to throw interceptions. I pretty sure every coach he has ever played for told him not to throw interceptions. His brothers told him. His teammates told him. His dad told him. The fans told him. Commentators told him. The trainers told him. The water boys and the ball boys told him. Everybody told him. The point is all QB's here this all the time, from everywhere and everyone.

Look here folks I’m here to tell y’all there is gonna be a new show around a football stadium near you. It’s called Gunslinger Dak, look forward to a 4,500 passing yards , 400 rushing yards, 35 passing TDs, & 5 rushing TDs performance. Let’s go!

Amazing how he looks like a real QB when they let him throw it down field some. Like I've said before, Dak cant stretch the field if all of his wide outs are running sticks, comebacks, curls, outs, and china routes on every play.

As much as I hope Dak has improved his accuracy and mechanics, I must say that this, based on performance thus far, a very concise summary.

Every season under Dak has been a winning one, imagine what the record will be with explosive offense... I say Dallas goes 14-2 (12 Wins minimum) NFC east winners again.

Young HOFrs expanded on their passing game instead of being stagnated. Last time I checked running game was locked down vs Rams and it was the passing game that put up the points. If you want Dallas to make it NFC championship they are gonna have go through top 5 defense again and the run game is going to be limited again, the way out is gonna be Dak spreading the ball around slinging it.

P.S. he can sling it to the 2 RBs coming out of the backfield as well. The Patriots way > your way
I couldn't hear you behind your pom-poms and big hair.

I will take pom-poms and big hair to start the season rather than being perpetually under the wet blanket
I'm actually very intrigued and optimistic that they've created a better situation for Dak to be more consistent and comfortable.

But that doesn't mean I joined the Moonies.

Garrett's career is on the line, he'd better just let it loose. Kitna told Dak, if the deep post is the call and the play is there, he's to let it "loose."

So I don't think we'll be all that conservative this year.

Agreed Im excited to see what we can get done with a fresh mind on offense whose predictable play calling hasnt been viewed by the league for a decade

I see...4000 yards, 30 TDs, 8 INTs, 500 yards rushing and 7 rushing TDs as Dak puts an exclamation point on his complete lack of respect from this organization.

I don't see it happening either. Where is Smash Mouth football team I'm happy with 275 yards a game passing
I hope Dak improves on his career average of 226 yards a game. With the weapons he has, and him being a amazing QB, 275 should be a minimum expectation.

I am looking forward to seeing that. that shows he is improving and the argument he belongs in the top 10

The passing numbers simply must come up,,, you can't throw for less than 200 yds a game and have that abysmal red zone efficiency ranking and expect to advance in the playoffs. This has nothing to do with fantasy football, having a weak passing game is a fatal flaw for teams that hope to contend.
He needs to improve, but get the rhetoric right. He didn’t throw for less than 200 yards per game, he had some individual games of less than 200 yards.

Dak is just not that kind of player. Those are numbers you give a top 5 contract too though haha.
