What AH did was inexcusable. But his apology was actually sincere. Seemed like a **** move, but heat of the moment, though there is no excuse or defense to what he did.

Yes I agree. Have to give him props to admit he was wrong, that hard now days. Maybe he didn't have a choice,to get respect back from his fellow NFLers.

I don't give that dude props for nothin.

Haynesworth has a history of on field incidents.

He also has a history of kicking guys too.

He got off light and should get some therapy for whatever is wrong with him.

He also had a road rage incident last winter that read pretty scary.

I've heard this mentioned a couple of times but know nothing about it.

I read the charges were dismissed because of lack of evidence, but even if both parties were acting out, it was an example of 'anger management' issues, as they say.

Albert had a match up in his Ford F-650 vs a Mustang GT....it was claimed he ran the other vehicle off the road, after a prolonged game of tag.

He wasn't convicted, so it qualifes as 'alleged' - but he was arrested and the story sounded like one of those typical macho road incidents.

Between the road rage story and previous on field incidents (which it appears the Titans have had quite enough of) it does indeed make me question the sincerity of his apology.

Or maybe his apology is sincere but he's doing nothing to bring about the change in behavior necessary.

In any case, props to Gurode for doing the right thing and moving on.

I love how BP trained Gurode.....

"At this time".....

That's a BP response if I've ever heard one.

Apparently he agrees with you about that last part, he's said he's going to seek counseling...
