Brewster at RT - His body doesn't look like like an OT but he has good feet for a RT. LT not so much.

Free - Loved him coming out of the draft and the patience was worth the reward. Especially when you see what top LT's and tackles taken top 10 get.

All of our backup LB's - We are loaded there and that's without Sean Lee playing. All of the William's brothers should flashes (Leon, Jason, Brandon). Butler showed up. Sharpe showed up. I think Octavien, and CJ are on the outside looking in. They both will make a team somewhere.

Phillips - Outstanding. Praying it's not a season ending injury.

Danny McCray - Showed flashes. I think our depth chart at S is set. I don't think we can get this guy to the PS.

Brent Price - From what I saw we may have nailed this one. Hustling all over the field at 315+.

Bowen/Hatcher - I am a huge, huge, huge Marcus Spears fan. He is an absolute dump truck in the running game. Having said that, Bowen/Hatcher have serious get off the ball quickness. I'd love to see Ware, Spencer, Ratliff, Hatcher, Bowen all getting after the QB at the same time. Bowen/Hatcer, especially Bowen.....were all over the QB. I'll take a comp pick for Spears and resign the other 2 next year.

Hudgins - Please don't throw the ball to him at all in PS. Hide him and get him to the PS.

Titus Ryan - Keep on returning it to the 30+ and you're taking Hurds spot.

Teddy Williams - For a guy coming off a 5 year hiatus from football and playing DB for the first time ever........not bad.

McGee - Not saying he played well, but his development is just about where you would expect it at this time. His development is more important than any other backup player's on the roster. We need a ton of improvement in him between now and the end of next PS.

Octavian played better than all of those guys u mentioned. He was everywhere.

Really? I saw a rookie playing LB for the first time score on a pick six (Sharpe).

Brandon Williams had a pick.

Octavien was one of 3 LB's who had sacks along with JW and Butler.

He didn't have a lot of tackles so how did he play better then all the LB's?

Besides the pick did u see sharpe doing anything? I saw brandon in on some tackles too. And if u are just looking at a stat sheet then u might feel that way. Octavian was all over the field. I recorded it and watched it again, he was better. Ok fine.... The 3rd QB didn't hand him the ball for an interception. I'm telling u.....

Holley deserves a mention as well. He made a couple of catches (one nice one in traffic) and was good on special teams.

I think Brandon Williams has a bright future in this league. He is big (and can get bigger), fast with good closing speed, and appears relentless in his pursuit.

I think the biggest questions will come in coverage or tackling in space. As a pass rusher, I think this kid is going to be very good.

Yeah, Jesse Holley looked pretty sharp tonight. I don't know what this means in terms of his stay with the Cowboys, but he did look pretty good.

Titus Ryan broke his thumb, requires surgery, looks like he's not going to make it as a kick returner this year, Hurd breathing sigh of relief

Holley = spare......he's not making this team

I must have missed Octavien "all over the field" vs the starters.

I wonder why we held Ware out of the game?

I was very happy with the defense in general starters and backup. Guys got to the ball quickly and made plays. Offense I saw some good things but still alot of work ahead of these backups.

I could see why Broddeus has been high on Brent. He was one of the high points for me. Especially considering he has a cast on his hand and did not participate in the camps after the regular draft.

I will be interested to see if he can maintain his performance as camp and preseason games continue.

Yeah, I think anyone below Sam Hurd isn't making this team. Heck, even ol' Sammy might be in danger. Still, it's been a while since we've seen such production out of our scrub wide receivers. You'd think they were all Danny Amendola. Hahaha.

Agreed. He can move pretty well for a big guy.

Can't wait to see Lissemore.

1. I think Teddy Williams development in such a short amount of time is the surprise of training camp so far. I haven't re-watched the game but he seemed to be in pretty good position and actually driving on the ball.

2.The LBs were on fire all night. You almost forget that Sean Lee was on the bench.

3.Obviously Phillips was the star of the night. He reminds me of Kevin Boss of the Giants. At least we know next year we've got an excellent backup TE.

As of right now... Sam Young > Robert Brewster

I just have never saw Brewster as a tackle in the pros, better suited as a guard. I just don't get this experiment of playing him at tackle..

Also you guys might want to say goodbye to Pat Mcquistan because last night it looked like he had already started his farewell tour.

I've seen highschool kids with better technique than he had. He had dead feet and just was terrible at positioning his body. Cya.
