no, im just leeting you guys know, that smoaky gets real good coverage on the cowboys, like he has guys like jason fergueson, jason witten, demarcus ware, jerry jones, wade phillips, stewart, countless others, so you can ask questions, etc, and get to see the guys on the air if you can watch it on tv

like about 6 of us last year, won 4 Vip sideline passes to san antonio last year,

it was awesome being on the sideline and talking to the cowboy players, i got to meet ratliff, junior glymph, hatcher, raab, moore, other QB from grapevine, chris canty, witten up close, countless others,

so just wanted to let you guys know, where you can get some great cowboy coverage,

one of my emails to him yesterday i asked, smoaky, after we signed extensioins to newman and barber, i know we didnt have too much money left anyway, about 4 million, smoaky said he would ask mickey, i dont think mickey knew, so when todd archer came on he asked todd,

and thats where todd said they restrurctured or guaranteed romos contract this year,;

thats what im saying, i really enjoyed my vip sideline passes last year, this year, you other guys might win something, or you might ask a really super question that no one has thought of and it might help the cowboys in a game some way

thats what im trying to say, and to me, no one gives the great coverage like smoaky does on the cowboys, so i was trying to let you guys enjoy some great coverage; like now theebs and hostile post some good podcasts that smoaky has on his show covering the cowboys

and also theebs and hostile post some podcasts of the dfw sports beat show, they also have the cowboys blitz, so any news that i run across or shows i always try to let you cowboy fans know so you can listen too, so you can enjoy it as much as i do

Nothing wrong with that, but do we really need 3-4 threads about it? A single thread with whatever interesting tidbits he gives out should be sufficient, no?

thanks trickblue, thats what im saying i like lots of sports shows covering the cowboys, david smoaks show, nfl network when they show cowboy classics, cowboys blitz, and dfw sports beat, those are the only ones i know of

even though smoaky is a Commander fan, yep Commander fan, he is a true blue journalist, and he gives good cowboy reposts and interviews,

so to me, its like one guy now and then posts some nfl network stuff thats showing cowboys footage, i do too, when i run across it,

so im just trying to share good cowboy stuff with you guys,

let me ask you this question, have you seen any other cowboy footage that you watch most of the time and have you posted it on this board for other fans to see and watch?

life is about giving and sharing, so i am trying to do that with you guys,

It is indeed appropriate to inform the forum of any and all coverage options for the Cowboys. I didn't know where to find anything about Smoaky and his coverage appears to be quite extensive.

Any reports from the OTAs are goods stuff this forum provides an excellent supplement for Cowboy news year round. Smoaky's coverage is welcome--at least by me.

well that maybe then a good ideal or something the moderator can do, like making a forum or list or links wth info on it, like this for example;
DFW sports beat--FSSW foxs soutwest sports i think, channel 643 on direct tv or channel 38 in cable in east texas area

have those somewhere on this site, so when someone posts a show is coming up, all you would have to do is go to that area see where it is coming up on tv or internet or radio,

just a suggestion

and i didnt mean to be like advertising, sometimes my mind rambles and my thouhts arent completely together, then, guess old age, but then i remember i didnt tell the guys what rado station it is on etc, so i try to let you guys know,

but its like north dalal said this site to me, is to let you guys know when good stuff is coming up so you can listen too, etc, just liike Hostiles website, he has some super stuff on his site, some great interviews, too,

so lets just enjoy what coverage we can get on the cowboys and appreciate it, joe
