IMO,

-Roy (doesn't do anything well right now)
-Reeves (useless)
-Flo (we can spend the money elsewhere)
-Sparano (see ya)
-Ayodele (doesn't make many plays at all and gets pushed around constantly)
-Julius (see Flo above)
-Henry (too fragile)

I'd add Crayton to the list, too. "Best hands on the team" let us all down several times.

And after Year 2 of the Romo Show ends in the same way as the first, I'm beginning to doubt he can put in a full season of work.

We came out and looked pretty bush league tonight - Where I live it's going to be impossible to live this down for the next year. The victory against GB was our Super Bowl.

I coulda been doing class work right now. I pay these suckers to grade my work, and I wasted three hours of my life watching these millionaire jokers drop and fumble and stumble their way to another playoff lost.

I was watching the Power Rangers at ten years old when this team last won a playoff game - Looks like I'll be back in diapers before it happens again.

Roy = despite what I think of we are saddle with him and his salary at least 1-2 years does not mean he has to start

Crayton was just resigned he is going no where for 1-2 years he is still solid.

Henry no idea what the plan is or his salary structure ? (maybe he becomes a FS)

Those 2 have a long offseason the rest will not be back so no worries there

The salary hit to cut Roy loose isn't really that bad. I've done it on other threads, and it's actually a savings if we do it after June 1. Of course we'd be down a player.

June 1st means you eat half now half next year might as well wait a year we still need special team bodies :D

How can you want to get rid of Flo? Guy is one of the best blockers in the NFL. Left Tackles with talent are extremely hard to find.

Easy he is a FA he is getting old and will cost more than he is worth we have to let these vets go. second Flo chocked at the end of the game when it mattered.

People keep going on and on but it is time to let one of the young guys start at LT and move on. We have young depth on the oline time for them to step up. The Giants let go of there best LT last year and they have not missed a beat. Indy LT retired and they have done just fine.

Time to move on and save a ton of money

Exactly...I don't get it...he is a good LT who makes alot of bonehead mistakes....which is, if you haven't noticed, a common theme among Cowboys. This team needs to slowly transition the dumb players off the roster....Flo, Reeves, and Roy would be a great start....too bad RW isn't going anywhere.

IMO Crayton is anything but solid.

With Terrell and Witten getting so much attention from defenders, Crayton could have...correction, SHOULD have had a breakout year. He never really did anything to prove himself to be anything but a 3rd WR. So now we're stuck with an overpaid 3rd WR.

Don't get me started on Hurd. So much potential, nothing to show for it. Reminds me of Antonio Bryant minus the attitude.

:laugh2: Funny, but sadly, it seems like it may be true. Seems this team is jinxed. As for those fat butt Packers fans, we beat them, they didn't beat us-just like in 1996, so just throw that in their porcine, multiple-chinned faces.

yes, he tends to false-start, but he hardly makes mistakes in the passing game, and is a great run-blocker

you don't just put anyone at LT unless you run out of options, we have the option to keep Flo, do it

Crayton belongs in the slot like Welker he got paid like a 3rd wr. Look he dropped balls he normally catches he chocked but he belongs in the slot and next year he needs to keep his mouth shut.

Flo is over rated he is not that good of a LT he is a solid LT and he struggles with speed rusher at times. It is time to move on and let someone else over pay him. We need to take that money and use it on some CB's

Wade Phillips--Just does not pay attention to detail and too cozy too often with his players

Bruce Read--Horrible in Buffalo and still horrible a decade later...why did Little "Bum" bring this guy over?? Maybe Bruce DeHaven comes available again if Holmgren leaves??? Don't like retreads, how about Frank Gansz Jr who I believe is unemployed now that Billick is out.

Todd Bowles--Hasn't improved any of the young corners a lick....which tells me he isn't very good.

Tony Sporano--I have never really liked the guy, today only cemented it....bring back Hudson Houck or Marco Rivera.

Brian Stewart--Way too conservative for my liking, especially late in half's and end of games...but I wouldn't be overly upset if he remained on the staff.

Jaques Reeves--I don't know if it's the scheme or just him....but I am thinking it's him, call it a hunch.

Flo Adams--too expensive and too dumb. We have three young tackles who can battle it out for the spot and we can pick up a compensatory pick for his departure

Julius Jones---Are you kidding me?? USELESS.

Oliver Hoyte--One dimensional and not even good at that single dimension.

Sam Hurd--don't see any reason to keep him.

Keith Davis--For a special teams ace, doesn't seem all that good at it.

That's all for now.

Anyway we can move Hamln to SS and Henry to FS?! Unlikely..

I think it's pretty obvious after today's game that Julius is gone.
Jerry is not afraid to pay players and Flo might be staying here, he isn't perfect but he will probably be our best option.
Akin doesn't do much, I think Burnett is more dynamic.
