Gained a little weight during the pregnancy. Could have happened to anyone.
(Lame excuse, but give her credit for trying to do something about it.)

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - A woman trying to lose weight from her recent pregnancy was humiliated when a gym worker told her she was too fat to use the equipment.
Sandra Ruiz says she was using a stationary bicycle at the Mademoiselle Figure & Fitness Club when an employee told her the bike's weight limit wouldn't support her, according to NewsOn6.com.
Ruiz said she weighs 385 pounds after the birth of her son five months ago.
She said when she joined the gym, no one told her about any equipment weight limits.
Instead, after embarrassing her at the gym, Ruiz says the employee told her she could walk in the facility's aerobics room. Ruiz said she could do that for free outside.
Now she says she wants out of her contract, without any cancellation fee.
The gym's owner told NewsOn6.com that Ruiz had been informed from the start about the restrictions on some equipment, and that the staff had created a special weight loss program for her that included water aerobics. Ruiz disagreed.
The owner has decided to let Ruiz out of her contract and will not charge her the usual cancellation fee.
