Because he has been talking crap all year so its funny to see him lose the sack. Thats one less sack our oline has given up. Incentives and future contracts are all based on stats so yes it can be a very big deal.

Sour grapes is for the losers not the winners. Osi could have all kinds of incentives based on sacks. What if he has a clause that if he leads the league in sacks he gets a $500,000 bonus but he ends up one short this year. I'd laugh my *** off.
