Any products out there to help slow it down, or improve your hair?

Let it go, man.

Just get the clippers and take it down to a #4 or shorter.

Don't be "that guy" who can't accept it.

My hair has thinned some at 33 but it is all there.

And yeah just let the vanity thing go. you actually will look better if you don't mess with it.

Clip it.

Depending on your patter, Propecia works. But it's hardly worth fighting it. Shaved heads are the best, anyway. You can get away with birdbaths in a pinch, and never have to fix your hair before going out. Suntan lotion is a breeze, and you can ride with the top down. What's not to like?

One of the best decisions I ever made. I started off at #3, then went to #2 now I don't use anything. Just the clippers rolling across my head. I love the feel, and no hassle no maintenance approach. Not to mention I don't spend any money getting it cut. Just buy the clippers and you are good to go.

If you are balding in the back or "thinning" on top, then there are several products out there that can help (Rogaine, etc.). Matthew McConaughey and Brendan Frasier are a few celebs that use Rogaine and it stopped their thinning issues.

If your hairline is actually receding in the front, then put down the comb, grab the clippers and welcome to the club! :D

Rogain is pretty much not worth the hassle. It only helps a third of the people who use it, and they have to wait sometimes two years before seeing results.

Propecia will stop your hair loss, but it also can take a year to work, and it'll cost you about $90 a month. It's not covered by insurance.

There are vitamins (Ultra-Hair) that'll help. Saw Palmetto and Kelp help a little too.

I've also taken to gluing pubes to my thinning areas.

Best of luck to you.

Propecia is your best bet right now. FYI, every person loses 75-100 hairs per day, so just because you see some hairs in the sink doesn't necessarily mean you're losing your hair. It's just part of the growth cycle.

If you can save your hair, go for it. Having a full head of hair will make you look younger and feel better about yourself.

If your forehead is turning into a 5, 6, or even 8 head, go ahead and grab some clippers, and trim it all down.

I started with a #3, or 4, and eventually moved down to the #1. It took a days to get used to it, but once I did, I didn't look back, and honestly, I don't miss having hair at all anymore. Now, I use a 0 cut (no guard), about once every few weeks.

It's great not having to worry about combing my hair, drying, styling, etc. I save quite a bit of money on shampoo also. :D

Funny..I actually sport the shaved look and long pirate beard piercings and tats, and I know for a fact you wouldn't say this in the same room w/ my brothers and I. ;)

We would just tie you to the harleys. :laugh2:

well it is true that a man is only as old as the woman he feels but when you are old and bald, you usually cannot pull in the young ones.
