Cardinals | Haley expected to become off. coordinator

Updating a previous report, Clarence E. Hill Jr., of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, reports Dallas Cowboys wide receivers coach Todd Haley is expected to accept an offer by the Arizona Cardinals to become their offensive coordinator.

I think this is/was expected. Good for Haley.

With Wisenhunt and Grimm in Az this is a good spot for him -- the OC title is likely nominal as he's working for a former OC. Doubt he'll call plays.

Good to hear this, he has some very good talent on that offense to work with.

Not surprising. Man does he ever have some young talent to work with. Enjoy Larry Fitzgerald CH, this kid could catch a BB if you got it close enough to him to reach.

As good as he is, I think Bouldin is even better.

Boldin is harder to tackler, but Fitz has better hands. Both are very good and Bryant Johnson is not bad either.

Is he still under contract? If he is, then the Cowboys have to release him. I suspect they gave permission since they've already talk to him. That or he is no longer under contract.

He was under contract, but according to the Ticket, they've released him from the contract to go to AZ.

Last I heard he was being considered for the Arizona OC job...so it is probably true.

Well, I'd guess he is free to go, regardless.
