Darren was a big surprise when he came to Dallas. I thought was completely shot. He still had something to offer.

McFadden is still one of the top freak athletes to come out of college the last 10 years. Add in the fact that he's tough and it's not a surprise he's still going strong. This interview also exhibited his real cool down to earth personality. He reminds me of Justin Durant in that regard.

McFadden always surprises me. He's better than he gets credit for, l think its his history of injuries.

He is not an employee for the Cowboys any longer. He just comes in for that particular Cowboys.com show. He has been doing it since 2015. As he often states, he gets $60/show.
His full time job is actually editor for Success magazine.
