That's 51-- leaving two spots among:

Hannah
Walden
QB 3--Bartel or Simms or other
Amendola
Davis
Ball
Lattimore
Lowber


Of those, Hannah has clearly shown the most. I'd probably go Walden or Davis next, maybe QB 3. But can you really justify two players on this list over Hannah. Everyone else has shown donut

At this point, it's pretty obvious that the last roster spots have to go to the best players in ST coverage...whomever they may be. It's our achilles heel if what we've seen in these preseason games is any reflection of the truth.

Good point. Anybody notice Hannah in ST?

I just think he won't make it to the practice squad after what I've seen and heard (BUrnett saying he is most difficult player to cover)

Agreed Tomson. It's so bad I can see us actually making a trade or move for a special teams guy. But like Choc.Lab said, our backup LB's suck as do our backup safeties: those are the guys that usually excell on special teams: shoulda kept KILLA.

Yeah, but whoever is in spot 52-53 is not gonna be active, and he shows the most promise. I STILL haven't heard anyone pick two guys off the list that sound better than Hannah to me

Our returners are fine its the coverage thats the problem

so how come they haven't put him back there even when Stanbach went down he still wasn't back there I don't understand why they are so reserve with Jones. If he is so dynamic why aren't they trying to get him the ball more.

they know that Felix Jones is damn good returning kicks, they're giving other guys a chance to show off their stuff

Wade also probably doesnt' want to risk him to injury in the preseason
