Not sure he is exactly ready to come off the PUP, but Broaddus tweeted that Hanna is running, working out with the trainers and that he was hearing good things. Hope he is able to come back soon. He is the best blocking TE on the team and the running game can become even better with him coming back.

In the previous game he played 7 snaps on offense and 7 on special teams. Swaim played 22 on offense and 3 on ST. I don't have the number for the Packers game yet.

He probably just replaces a guy like Rod Smith.

I think Escobar may have started, I remember seeing him in the first drive of the game lined up as a receiver in the 4 receiver set.

Yes, because I remember seeing him on the field sunday and I thought "What the hell is he doing on the field?"

Escobar played. He actually had a key block on that last big run by Zeke.

Rod Smith probably saved a TD on that long punt return in the 2nd half. He slowed up the returner just enough in the open field.

To the OP...I think Hanna actually takes Escobar's active roster spot. He's the superior blocker and they aren't using Escobar at all as a pass catcher.

yea and he had a few really good blocks. No idea when they are ever going to throw him the ball again but he did block well.

To the OP...I think Hanna actually takes Escobar's active roster spot. He's the superior blocker and they aren't using Escobar at all as a pass catcher.
