Three things help me to "face it", Mike.

1. The sole alternative to growing old. They named a TV show after it, "Six Feet Under". I'll take the old age, thank you.

2. At age 25 your braincells start dying off faster than they reproduce, so by 40 you shouldn't care anymore.

3. I look a good ten years younger than my age.

And stop checking those profiles for ammunition.

Anyway, Happy early Birthday and if there is any consolation, I know some pretty hot 40 year olds. So just because you turn the big 4, 0 doesn't mean you immediately start to go down hill, it is just a slow decline.

Take care during your time away and don't do anything too crazy on your birthday.
