That was the plan, but one of my self centered nieces decided her social life was too important, so she went to North Carolina to visit friends, and came back with Covid. So now the whole family has to stay away from each other.

I always thought this was the day we won, just the day they signed the papers. The war was just getting started. Oddly enough September 3, 1783 means nothing. Over 7 years later that’s the day Britain waved the white flag and the United States really gained it’s independence. Thanks in very large part to the French and of course GW. Or the past 244 would look very differently?!! A nice little history lesson! The ‘Washington’ miniseries was very informative!! lol This is what happens when you sleep through history class!! A happy and safe 4th to all Cowboy nation!!
