A treasure to fans as in her comedy skills. I guess I find her comedy bland, but that's me.

There is a contrast bw the Golden Girls and why she is treasured more now. Couch said it best way back, she morphed from the bland Rose into more of the cool grandma everyone wishes they had in their neighborhood. She's not Pryor, Carlin, Murphy, etc. but she has a place.

"I never knew Rose was cool" is kind of the take I have on her.
