They wear every damn throwback uniform but never do those. MISS them.

Agreed. It's sad because I remember those particular late 70s/early 80s uniforms. They had such a unique look and colors to them. Really stood out. Truly wish Jerry would approve to bring that uniform back for a special throwback game just to see how the fans react.

The 1980 season was the last year they wore those. Until they bring them back, I guess I'll have to settle for using them when I play Madden on my Xbox.

You are correct. I was still young (around age 10) when I saw the Cowboys use those uniforms. I remember it was during the late 70s or early 80s. Thank you for correcting the year on how 1980 was the last year they wore those uniforms. Would be nice if Jerry brought them back for a throwback game or two.

Those are my favorites, and I was only a year old the last time they wore them. I definitely wish they would make a comeback.
