Most of the Cowboys records Romo broke weren't Aikman's or Staubach's but Danny White's records.

I live in Metro Atlanta. Until the Super LI loss, the vast majority of Falcons fans always rated the 30-27 loss to White & the Cowboys in the 1980 playoffs as the most heartbreaking, wretched defeat for that franchise. Atlanta had beaten Philadelphia a month earlier on their way to No. 1 seed. Everyone in the capitol city - and the state of Georgia- was really confident they would go up to Veterans Stadium and win over the Eagles to get the NFC Championship and appear in the Falcons' first Super Bowl.
Up 24- 10 at start of the 4th quarter, led 27-17 with 5:37 left in the game. Then two White TD passes to now Pro Football HOF Member Drew Pearson to complete the comeback.
