Happy Birthday...Matt Moore

Eat something! Cake, anything. You're skin and bones.

Raw, but I liked him allot. I seriously think he is worth developing. I almost think he would be better than Johnson at this point.

You like to see him develop a relationship like the one he had with Curtis tonight. Great link between those two. If Fasano or Witten goes down, heaven forbid, I think Curtis would be a nice fill-in.

Moore looked much better than Bad Johnson. Curtis is a real shocker! I'd like to see what Stanback can do at QB also.

Nice prospect long term. I liked what I saw from him. Though I swear he was trying to kill Jamel Richardson.

I think that one smack on the incomplete ball killed Richardson's confidence. He looked scared the rest of the night.

Moore looked much better tonight than I have seen him all TC.

Good for him.................

Moore was impressive. Maybe he has struggled some in camp because he got behind having to finish up with school. I really hope he sticks as the 3rd QB.

YES!!!

Moore to Curtis - that's a nice little sideshow of this preseason, and who knows, perhaps beyond.

The kid has spunk and moves great in the pocket.....should be promoted to 2nd string--yes I said it!

haha, Crazy - careful now. or you'll be accused of fomenting a QB controversy.

Of course, Matt is practice squad fodder right now - and will be damn lucky to make that status, I guess. But he sure is intriguing, size, mobility, presence, arm - I am thinking of his prospects in terms of Jason Garrett, and how it would be to JG's advantage to continue to develop Tony and behind him another potential starter.

I am happy Brad Johnson is here, with the experience and understadning of a back up's role. But he does little for me as a #2 - and right now, Mark Brunell's arm looks to be stronger. It'd be nice if Matt showed enough to warrent further development, and an actual roster spot (if the decision is made to carry three qbs). Perhaps by hanging around Garrett all year he could be moved up to # 2 by next year.

But for now, he provides that nice little QB sideshow, with none of the angst of past, ahem, seasons. :D
