Happy Dallas Cowboys Bye Week

[Ranching]

To celebrate this day I will use a comment uttered by Wade Phillips on January 13, 2008 after Dallas blew the #1 seed ranking they had by getting upset by the Gnats. After the game he said that the bye week the week before was the same as a win. That bye week has another infamous moment that Cowboys fans will never forget - that was the week Romo and Witten decided to take an ill-timed trip to Cabo. Hollywood Romo in one of his finer moments.

So Cowboys fans, let's all band together and celebrate October 20, 2024 as a 'win', because they might not get another one until November 28, 2024.

He should have gotten engaged instead....

I took my 10 yo daughter for a weekend away at a swim meet - just her and I, fast swims, good food, room snacks and Netflix !!! Best daddy daughter weekend and even better she’s crushing it. So much better than watching the cowboys suck

I’m going to watch the teams. I don’t like lose, Eagles, Kansas City, hopefully Detroit.

Always, family first. I think I missed one possibly two cowboy games in the last 40 years. And they were because of my daughter her wedding. And her trip to London took her to the airport. I’m happy for you cowboy brother.

I have an aunt that lives near Lancaster. Not sure if she's an Iggles fan, though. I haven't seen her in many years. She was never one to keep in touch with family.
