This is a true statement, but Happy Days was still the better show.

Happy Days was one of the great shows for the first few years...

It Jumped the Shark when it became a teen idol show with Chachi and Joanie...

Happy Days didn't become the Joanie/Chachi thing until the last few years. Most of it's run was centered on Richie & Fonzie. But I agree that it sucked in the end. Ron Howard leaving sent the show on a downward skid.
