Happy or not?

What I am happy about right now.......our rookie kicker, Nick Folk. This guy has been money so far and some of the kicks have not been gimmies. That clutch 47 yarder to get us up by 10 was fantastic.

You know once we get into the big games, field goals are going to be the difference.

Yea! My wife's maiden name is Folk so we cheer for him every time.

Has nothing to do with Sacks. It's about pressure. And eventhough they did a lot of 5 step drops, we rarely saw any pressure. Even at the end of the game when everyone in the stadium knew they were gonna pass.

Are you just blind to the world?

We should all be happy. We won. Its better to play ugly and still win than to play ugly and lose. I think we have a great team this year.

Oh please, people-you are pathetic.

Yes, the play of the D concerns me a bit, but if Tuna was coaching now, we'd be 0-2.

Get a life.

Didn't see any part of the game, but darn happy with the result. Must be several years since we started 2-0. At the same time, please don't tell other members how to feel, react, post, or emote. It's rude.
First time since '99. Hopefully we don't finish like that season.

He did.

The Bungles defense is the one that let us down.

What pressure? He was barely touched all game.

I'm saying that he looked good when he was pressured.

You know....the couple of times where it appeared the Dolphins had him?

The Porter play is one that stands out.
The Taylor play was another.
And, he was flushed a number of times.

So, when he was pressured he did well.

But you are right....he wasn't touched much.

Agreed

Let's see if everybody can be happy with a W or not.

I'll guarantee that we'll see complaints.

Lets see... we are 2-0 while we struggles in some areas....

We could be playing real well all around and be 0-2

Ok.. here is my answer... I am HAPPY as ship!

Gotta admit that being 2-0 does make things look a lot better!

Happy as hell. The Cowboys looked pretty good and are 2-0. Barber embarassed Porter. We have a QB, a punter and a kicker that don't worry me. Purdue won big and are 3-0. ND lost, they are 0-3 and I laughed so hard during the ND game that I hurt myself. I am truly happy tonight.

BackFatMurphy is miserable. He had us 1-2 after next week. Now he just looks like a whining know nothing.

Oh wait, he already looked like that.

I certainly like being 2-0, but to be honest I was expecting more from our defense...

Maybe it will get better through the season...

I couldn't agree more. The D hasn't lived up to it's billing yet, but the O is playing lights out.

Passrush was there all game. They were pushing their O-line around all day. Forcing them to throw quick outs. I can't count how many times Green threw the quick out. You can't throw that 20 times in a game -- or else the defense will eventually pick it off.

:hammer:

The sacks will come.

More pathetic nonsense.

Ironic advice.

Perhaps the finest game this team ever played was when they buried Buffalo in SB XXVII, and there were mistakes in that game.

This team is taking care of business so far. That's what matters. As long as they continue to improve, even if it's not more points and yards each week, it will pay dividends in the long run.

And we will eat the hearts of our enemies on that day...
:lmao2:
