FYI, I had no problem downloading the Chiefs Hard Knocks last year on torrent sites... so I'm sure the Cowboys' will be easily accessible.

That I can't recall, sorry. I think I waited until the entire season was over before downloading every episode, only because I wasn't originally all that interested in watching the season.

But my best guess (based on other TV shows I've missed and downloaded in the past) is that they were available less than 24 hours after they originally aired, which will likely be the case with the Cowboys' season.

Be very, very careful when torrenting hard knocks. HBO is known as one of the companies that really cracks down on illegal downloads. I've had a couple friends get letters from their ISPs about downloading HBO material (The Wire, Sopranos, six feet). Although I think that's because they rely on dvd sales so much for their revenue. And this might not be a dvd release, but still.

I'll be ordering HBO in late July/early August. Then I'll cancel it after one month. I imagine lots of folks will do that. HBO should see a spike in orders for August, then a decline in September.

that is exactly what i plan on doing. I wonder how many subscribers they will gain for that month only to lose them again the next?

I wish they played this on NFL Network instead of HBO cause I don't have stinken HBO.
