I'm almost hoping he gets nicked up like week 7 or something. Low ankle sprain or something like that, misses 3-4 weeks. Comes back for the stretch run/playoffs FOR ONCE. I'd like to see our team in January with Lee on the field, and I just think his body is just going to get hurt one way or another. Let's hope it's not of the season ending variety.

Lee is a great player when healthy ....... problem is in the 80 regular season games since he was drafted ....... he has only started 32 of them ......

I like the way you think. That is a big influx and may be the difference in hosting the NFCCG or not.

I'm ever the optimist, but I like Lee's chances of staying healthy this year. His body is absolutely not built to take the punishment of playing inside linebacker, especially not in a 3-4. Having to get pounded on by guards all game is too much for him. But playing in the scheme we are now, I can see him being able to stay light and not have to take on as many hits from O-linemen and stay healthy.

I sure hope.

Fair point, but he was done last year in training camp, low contact drills. It doesn't matter what defensive scheme, he's injury prone.

True but they say his body has been compensating for his half torn acl. Perhaps now that's it's fixed lee will be able to stay healthy. I mean can you imagine a healthy lee for all 16 regular season games plus playoffs? I'll have some of that please

POSSIBLY. Yes. The game was not over after the Dez call. Far from it.

But yes, we have added some good talent since that game but also lost a key player in Murray. Let's just hope we are able to make it to the NFL Divisional playoff game again with the vast majority of our players.

The biggest factor to me in Demarcus Lawrence. Yes he played later in the year but as z rookie missed 10 games and all of camp. This year could be a break out year. This line can do damage
