Harris should be starting for Tree

Ogletree should've been booted a long time ago. It's inexplicable why a nonproductive mistake machine like him is still on the team.

It really doesn't make a lick of sense.

He sucks as WR, sucked as a returner (and has since been relieved of that duty), he doesn't make any other special teams plays and has had literally one good game in his 4 year career. He offers basically nothing to the team.

I just don't understand the teams fascination with him.

He must really light it up in practice or something

Ogletree has no upside, time to move forward. Harris looks like the one for now, Beasley is cool too, just afraid someone's going to kill him. He needs to bulk up in the offseason.

Ogletree > Crabtree

yeah i said it.

Ogletree isn't as bad as yall are making him out to be. He is a stud when he plays out on the left side. Left one on one, he is more than capable of making the big play. He also never gives up on plays. When the play breaks down, O-tree will do what he can to put himself in a position for Tony to get him the ball.

I loved how he so enthusiastically ran his route.... the wrong direction...in the 1st qrt on that pass from Romo. Any other defense and they have a pick (or even pick 6) and everyone is burying Tony again.

Sorry, had to go there. I'm not really a KO hater, but that has happened too many times this year.

I'm not sure if this is serious or not.

OTree puts out less effort than any WR we have.

I actually think Ogletree is trying hard this year. But, I don't think he has the mental make-up/football smarts to line up correctly or run the correct routes on a consistent basis.

It seems as though Romo is always yelling at him after during the game. :laugh2:

If a guy like L Robinson is cut after this season, I hope we bring him back. And we continue to develop guys like Harris and Beastley. We'll probably draft another WR anyway late in the Draft to develop as well.

We could use another outside guy.
I know we had interest in Gordon in the supplemental draft but Cleveland nabbed him...and I guess a roud earlier than we were willing to pay. That would have been expensive.

Agree. If the talent is roughly equal, if you can replace a guy without football smarts with someone with football smarts, your team gets incrementally better.

I agree but why the hell do we have him starting? You can't tell me he is better than Harris and Beasley.

You know, it's weird, I hate to root for one of our players to not be healthy for a game. But I'm sitting here hoping that Ogletree is just dinged up enough to sit him on Thursday. Then Harris (or Harris/Beasley) get a full game to show what they've got.

Glad to see my boy getting some playing time and some love from the fans. He's been our best return man for awhile now and i def think he can be a threat in the passing game as well given some oppertunities. I hope he and Beasley continue to see more and more time in the offense.

I absolutely LOVED the pick last year. I'm glad he's panning out like I anticipated.
