Has all the concern at free safety subsided?

Not seeing any thread about it on the first page, and I'm unaware that much was made about it after the CAR game either.

Do we care if Xavier gets back this week?

I do. Maybe others don't, though.

Did we sign ET?

Then NO the concerns have not subsided

Nobody cares about a good defense on a bad team. If your defense is incapable of holding the opponent to less than what your offense scores, then they need help at FS. It's not 'fair', but it's not incorrect. FS would help the team win, period.

The Giants are one of the easiest games to win this season .

A bare minimum of coaching is needed to win , even mediocre coaching is fine to win against the gmen.

Who in the heck can worry about a safety when we have a QB who is cratering. Safety is the least of our problems at this juncture.

Do people really think our defense is all that? I watched several games over the weekend and saw several defenses that looked really great. We're not in that class, Carolina is a mediocre offense and even they were a McCacfrey fumble away from 3 TDs

Kavon is better than Xavier. That's the problem.

Yes, it's a big concern. If the pass rush isn't exceptional Sunday (which I think it will be), then Beckham is going to absolutely torch Dallas.

Hell NO ! Same flaws exist today as they did the day after the draft. Nothing has changed. The dropped interception against the Panthers again highlighted that. The FO unwillingness to address positions that could have/should have been upgraded is baffling, and I'll say it - stupid. The recourses are available, but it just adds to the frustration with this organization.
Oh, and Snacks signed yesterday with the Raiders …..(Yay ! Sigh)…..

improved pressures helps the secondary.
the offense is so offensive that it has taken all the attention.

I think the ET threads have died down because everyone figured the offense would look decent before catching a groove with the run/pass game

Instead it looks like this offense will be bottom of the barrel in the NFL and sending resources for a player to help "put you over the top" is pointless

Not to mention if this is a bad losing streak this staff might get rocked

The Giants deep passing game is far more dangerous than Carolina's. By a mile.

However, Carolina has an offensive line and the Giants don't. That prevents New York from taking advantage of their deep passing game.

Unfortunately, OBJ doesn't need to run a deep route to have a huge yardage play. Tackling will be key for any yac.

Has anybody heard anything about whether or not Woods is set to play this Sunday?

I am kinda at a crossroads here. I have OBJ on my fantasy team. I want him to get 3 touchdowns and 200 yards, and take the L. lol

I sincerely hope the team doesn't look at it like that. The Giants D could win this game for them. This is not a cake walk. This is going to be a very tough, hard fought game.
