Has any team shown interest in RW3x?

Just curious if anyone has scheduled him for a visit, etc.
Agent said 5 teams were interested...and that he's rejected at least one team.

But nothing other than that so far.

he should be signing a 1 year deal with the Bills any day now...

I think the fact that there has been nothing validates those of us who said he was worthless for the past two years...

Thoughts?

Considering that we tried to trade Roy to the Lions in the Kitna trade and the Lions laughed in our face, I think it is a safe assumption that Roy totally blows.

A freaking 0-16 team doesnt even want Roy.:lmao2:

I hadn't heard that. Roy fell way down my list after giving up those two TDs against the Skins when the Triplets were getting inducted to the ROH.

He can blame whoever he wants, but those were on him. That's why they called him a "SAFETY".

Seems that it was roughly 75% of the board that felt he had diminished, so I don't know that it validates much other than the minority who felt he would snap back to his first three years in the league were disappointed.

I still wish him well, he was one heck of a player for a while.

So does the Roy Rule still apply now that he has left the Cowboys?

If you are referring to the Horse-collar rule, then yes it will still be enforced.

I really don't care what anyone thinks or say's regarding Roy Williams but he simply lost his work ethic. He has ability but due to the fact he put on a few pounds and didn't work to improve his game caused his skills to diminish. Guy's like this make me puke. They have everything than simply throw it all away. I'm just glad hes gone.

Where did someone hear that we tried to trade him to Detriot in the Kitna trade? i haven't seen that reported, or claimed, anywhere so I'd like to know where such information came from.

Of was the person who posted that just spouting off for the sake of doing so?

I don't know anybody on the board who didn't think RW's impact had diminished. The pro-Roy faction thought much of the fanbase was overreacting and treating RW unfairly.

The fact that he hasn't signed anyplace yet only means something if he's also not getting offers. I think we should wait to see where he ends up (if he ends up anywhere) and how he plays this season before coming to any conclusions about how good a player he might be at this point.
