Has anyone noticed? All moves have been on offense

Pretty much since the draft. We drafted a tackle in the first, the vast majority of players drafted were on the offensive side of the ball.

All cuts made to day were to offensive players.

I see that as very much getting Romo's house in order. I still expect us to make a move to upgrade at guard. I don't think we'd go with anything we had on the team, after the Alan Ball Event.

When that is over I would certainly expect to see us go after a big name or several solid name defensive players, at the following positions: Safety (perhaps two of them) and perhaps defensive end.

If Newman isn't released tomorrow, we're standing pat at corner.

You can take Logan Mankins out of your signature whenever you're ready.

I think some of that has to do with what's available and how the draft players ranked as opposed to making a move just on one side or other.

we needed safties and this year's crop of draftees were awful. there is a whole bunch in FA and we are sure to sign one or two.

we had need along the OL and we addressed that in the draft.

Murray was the only one that surprised me, but then again I am happy he is here and barber is gone.

we are not done yet. expect a couple of defensive FAs to be signed soon. Free was top priority. Bowen is Next. Elam is on his way.

Gotta say, I'm glad too. I don't want him here I don't care how good he is.

WHY? You don't want a Pro Bowl guard?

That is where the fat that needed to be trimmed was. I fully expect us to look at Safety now and sign two guys there and maybe a D-lineman. After they wrap up Kosier and Bowen possibly.
