I am listening to his press conference and he is speaking like he is leaving.

Not sure, but I'd put money on it. I'd put money on Young leaving also.

Bush has not spoken to an agent yet. However members of his family have (loophole if you ask me).

He would be silly not to leave at this point with a new QB coming into play.
