Has Jerry finally gone full Al Davis?

There have been several instances within the last month that lead me to believe that Jerry has finally done it.

His fascination with shiny objects in the draft has always put him in Al's company

The instance where Jerry was locked out of the locker room

Jerry having a confrontation with Ratliff

Jerry making public statements heaping praise on probably the worst O-Line in the league

Now Jerry comes out publicly stating that it is up to Dez whether he plays or not this week.

I have this strange feeling that we will be seeing Brent in uniform on Sunday also.

I have always been waffling back and forth on how I feel about JJ. There is no doubt in my mind that there are few owners in the league with more desire to win than Jerry, but his means and methodology to get there is not looking very stable at this point.

I am starting to wonder when he was talking about the window closing at the beginning of the year he was talking about his window more than the players or the coaches. The fans and media are getting a little more harsh every year so the time on winning his way might be running out. So he in turn is pushing his stars to get their butts out there and play.

Joke is on you guys who get your panties in a wad anytime Jerry says anything. Guess what he talked to the media when we were winning SB as well. You need a bad guy to rag on be my guest but it is almost childish the crud that is said around here.

Jerry like Free? So what Free was being lifted in and out of the game so what Jerry said did not stop Garrett and the staff from doing their job. Jerry is not holding anything back and is not determining what is taking place on the field.

Come back to me in two seasons and see how you feel about this team. We have a solid young core and have been drafting pretty well as of late. This team is still under construction. I think the early 2000's are clouding your eyes.

Remember, Parcells wanted nothing to do with T.O. and how many 1st round draft choices has he squandered on WR's who couldn't play and then had to be let go at great cost. Jerry only hires coaches he can fiddle with except for Parcells and Parcells left rather than deal with Jerry.

Parcells never made that claim you make that assumption and act liike that is fact? You guys create your own little stories

Show me where parcells was aginst getting Owens, Not your opinion.

As for Jerry there were times from Gailey and Campo where I felt Jerry did not give them any control on what was going on it was basiclly Lacewell and Jerry making the calls. Jerry changed how the operation would take place and since BP came up to now the talent level has improved.

And the last comment again is your opinion not a fact Hell Jimmy Johnson himself has said Jerry does not meddle as much as people think but then what the hell does Johnson know right? You know the truth because of why? what role do you have on the team? are you in meetings are you there on draft day? NO you have an opinion and pass it off as a fact. I don't know what going full Al Davis is supposed to mean, but the idea that what Jerry says or does has no bearing on what happens on Sunday is was ridiculous as saying everything that happens on Sunday is because of Jerry.

At the very least, he's the GM. He's repeatedly stated that the buck stops with him and he has final write-off on everything.
