Has the team changed like wade promised with changes from last yr?

Something to think about, the cowboys started out of the gate last year, 3-0. This year after first week of october 2-2. Wade said there would be changes, but really are there?
Remember last year this time, the cowboys were really lucky to beat the bengals. Next game after that, was the horrible arizona game. Then, the ram game.
So are there really chages with this team?
