He hasn't done it yet....they are only 8-4 and haven't won anything yet. But, Coughlin inherited a team with a much firmer foundation than Parcells did in Dallas. And that's not an excuse, it is reality.

Well, part of it was that he fell into a situation where he was absolutely going to get a great, young QB in the draft, be it Rivers, Manning, or Roethlisberger. The only so called sure-fire QB we have been in position to draft since Parcells has been here was Leftwich, so, just for what it's worth- and believe me, I'm no real Friend of Bill, but I think that's the whole difference in the two teams- unfortunately, they are set and are going to be rocking and rolling at the top of the NFC for a long time while we are still in a rebuilding mode IMO, and will continue to be until we get a legit QB for the future. Bledsoe is fine for now, but he will only get worse while Eli will only get better.
