I told you so. THE PRESEASON MEANS NOTHING. Remember after week 1 vs Arizona, most said Arizona looked awesome and that we have no shot? Arizona is 0-2 and we're about to go 2-0. There was alot of people worried but you should have just been understanding of the preseason.


Like I said before, Parcells is old school and shows nothing in the preseason. Our veteran recievers dont try very hard and we look bad for a reason. Agree? Disagree?

This is one prediction that I was spot on about. While many were predicting Minny to go to the SB, I predicted the opposite.

They are missing Moss and Birk BADLY. New OC etc.

They are a mess. They are lucky they play in an atrocious division.

I sure would hope folks already know the Pre-Season does not mean anything, and you have not shed light to everyone.

It does not mean anything in regards to wins and losses. and how a team will perform in the Regular Season.

It does have some uses though, mainly player evaluation.

And while I do feel confident about the game tonight, don't count your chickens just yet. Lets at least play the game.

Well said, Sarge....two new linemen, facing 8 man fronts and they can't RUN, poor linebacking, lost 3 starters (two on defense) yesterday, Culpepper's confidence is shot, fans already screaming to get rid of Culpepper and bring back Moss (typical fans-remember Aikman in 89), etc, etc. The NFC Central probably has the worst quarterbacks in the NFL......Favre should have retired, Harrington....eh.....nevermind, Orton.....?????, Culpepper...8 interceptions in first two games....oh my!

I myself may be guilty of giving offseason moves too much credence (draft, + signings) because look at Arizona, Minnesota and Baltimore all teams I thought might be improved. But then again I put Dallas in that same category as well so...

I would agree Pre-season does not tell you much but in todays NFL even the Cards are not out of it

Who said Arizona lookd awesome? I thought they looked average. Jacksonville and Seattle... now there's some scary offenses. Just a few passes and Leftwich made our rebuilt secondary look like his female dog, and if not for the big plays by Ware, Seattle would have had no problem scoring at will on us.

Yup. Arizona does look like one of the 0-2 teams that could improve. I'm sure Culpepper will get his act together, eventually, probably when that offensive line starts getting better. Chargers will start winning again too.

Funny thing is Tampa is doing it with defense not the Jon Gruden famed offense.
