Have we done enough as far as coaching decisions? If this is the last move are you guys happy?

*Please dont say Garrett needs to go, its become very clear Garrett is coming back for at least next year*

JG needs to go. We have had some constants here the last 7 years and he is one of them. Time to change it up.

As long as JG is still calling plays, then heck no we havn't done enough!

Out of all the moves most of us thought this would be the first one addressed. We can bring in Lovie and Horton for defense for all I care but if JG is still calling plays next season get ready for another horrible year!

I'll add throw out that bum Wade Wilson as well.

DeCamillas still around? He should be next and return about three years pay. Bum.

Well.. if they give the play calling duties to an OC and let JG just be the head coach, then I guess I could live with that. I just don't think JG deserves to be here anymore.

We need a new offensive coordinator

We will also be better off if we hire a new defensive coordinator

I would be happy for Garrett to hire a full-time OC who calls the plays, etc. and have Garrett focus on managing all the parts, providing leadership, etc.

I still could see Callahan gone and another OC coming in. Probably someone who is familiar to both Garrett and JJ.

I don't either. But it looks like that isn't happening, unless Jerry is getting everybody out of the building one by one and then he will say, see ya!

It's JG's really only play IMO. Get a top notch staff in here and be the CEO. If it doesn't work he's a goner.

Agreed. And that's the way it should be. Garrett gets another year to show he can provide the leadership, strategy, etc. to get the team into the playoffs. If not . . . .

Gotta love people who pay attention. :lmao2:

But to answer the initial question, I doubt that this is the last move. but no I would not be satisfied if this was the last move. We'd need to see who comes in at DC to really be able to answer. If the only change in the end is a new DC and RB coach, then the answer is no.

if by "enough" you mean firing people who were partially responsible while keeping people who were the real architects of the disaster, then yes, we have done enough

Yeah great plan, fire the two coaches that were hit with the most injuries this season. Keep all the guys that failed with healthy guys. Great plan!

I think Jerrah has done a magnificent job so far! The team is definitely headed in a different direction...

I hope we aren't done. We fired two coaches and haven't replaced them yet. Unless Jerry is going to be the DC and RB coach.

obviously we have to replace the 2 coaches that have been let go, i meant are you guys happy if we dont fire anymore coaches?

Wilson and DeCamillis need to go.

Our ST have been horrible for 3 years. If the RB coach gets canned for the RB failure than this is an obvious firing.

I know. I was being a smart***

But yeah, I would be happy with one more firing but since I'm not allowed to say who I really want gone I won't mention it.

If it's clear he's coming back then clearly we haven't done enough.

It took one post for it to become a Garrett bash fest which is what the OP asked not to do. So very typical.

As for the thread I would love to get a new special teams coach.
