I've yet to see a definitive explanation of how SONY Hawkeye will work?

It's a bit busier in the middle of a QB sneak scrum than on a tennis court?

If that's all it's going to do, replace the chain gang, then that's a whole lot of nothing. That tech. probably cost a fortune, and to do what, save 5 minutes a game?

It reminds me of that toothbrush that came out many years ago. The bristles moved on their own when you turned it on. It saved you from actually brushing.

Lets hope they program it correctly. When it was first introduced in Gaelic Football it was very obviously wrong a number of times, prompting an investigation which, I believe, discovered the wrong ball dimesions had been used.
