Just a guess, but wouldn't Gesicki be considered more of a hybrid? I don't really consider him a TE, more like a slot receiver. He could be a matchup nightmare for a creative OC.

Gesicki was always rated way lower before the combine, but rocketed up the charts of the online GMs after his incredible underwear Olympic showing.
fwiw, he does seem intriguing.

For some weird reason, the CowboysZone seems to overlook Hurst.

His age is a legit red flag though.
TEs can play longer, but still....
