The best coach on this staff from everything I’ve seen and read is Adams. He turned a terrible Arizona running game into something very good. I’m hoping he brings that to Dallas. Other than that. Sorry but BS has been in the league how long and never made it to HC in he ran into lazy Jerry. There’s a reason for that. His offenses by the way, have been very mediocre his entire career. So unless he changed all of that and is now some amazing leader of men, (he’s been here and has a hand in the failure already) I don’t see it.

He will probably be the next head coach of this team since Jerry likes walking down the hall to hire.

Imagine thinking a guy that’s been in the building for years, is going to change the culture lol. Jeeze you guys fall for it every year don’t ya?
