TI don't think Allen would have been playing right guard in 1994. Instead he would have taken over at left tackle for Tuinei that season in my opinion.
Having a healthy Erik Williams(or Jimmy Johnson as the head coach) for the entire 1994 season would not have prevented Emmitt Smith from injuring his hamstring late in the season.
IIRC Emmitt injured his hamstring the previous week vs GB. If he hurt it earlier and reinjurged in the playoffs I stand corrected. But yes, EW does not save Emmitt's hammy.
Tui made the Pro Bowl in 94, and again in 95. Tui gets too little props. He handled an all time great DE pretty well in two SBs. And Tui would've made more PBs except he had great NFC competition at LT during much of his career: Gary Zimmerman, Willie Roaf, Joe Jacoby and Jimbo Covert.
I've argued for 23 years that the loss of EW and departure of JJ (the former likely prevented if the latter didn't happen) prevented the first ever BTBTBTB in SB history.
I still stand that a healthy EW with LA at RG (over Kennard) would've been an all time great tandem, even better than Shell/Upshaw, Hannah/Gray or Jacoby/Grimm.
