Ok so I gave my Dre Beats headphones to my now ex step sister for Christmas. Now I want them back how do I get them back? I asked her politely to give them back and she said no. I want them back!

They're gone. You gave them as a gift, move on. Is the love affair over already?

I can't move on. Those things were 250$ and yes it's over lol.

Once you give them as a gift, they're gone. Unless you want to steal them from her, you no longer have a claim to them just because it didn't work out.

Lesson. Don't waste your money on those earphones. They aren't worth it. You are paying for the name. You can get headphones that are as good or better for less.

This was a public service announcement.

Very immature of you to ask for them back IMO. Like others have said, you gave them as a gift, they are gone.

And +1 on what Sam I am said. Spending money on headphones is not worth it. At all.

Very true. I would say 70% of all earplugs/cans I see at my gym are of the Beats variety.

But I use these which is made by the same company.

They work for me. The stay in my ear when jogging and no matter how much I sweat, they won't fall out. They are technically waterproof. :lmao2:

Headphones for $250.00? A brand new iPod costs $250.00, how does an accessory cost $250.00?

As others have said...you give something as a gift, you can't get it back later if the person does not want to give it back.

Watch Judge Judy. :D

It actually costs 300$. I got them for my 17th birthday and they were on sell.

Well you could join the army serve in the artillery and never wear hearing protection after your enlistment you won't want them anymore

This.

Plus, they are gone. If you ask for them and she says no, game over. Be smarter about who you "give" stuff to in the future.

:laugh2: So you gave for Christmas what you got for your birthday? That's a little messed up.

I always recommend Sony ear buds. I've been through a couple pairs because I wear them doing landscaping in the summmer and to the gym, but they drown out everything (can't hear a weedwhacker) and have great sound quality. You can get them for like $40 certain places online.

They cost $300, not "300$". And they were on sale, not "on sell". You might want to forget the headphones and pick up some books instead.

Also: no, you may not ask for a gift back. Ever. Remember that someday when you shop for engagement rings. :)

Trust me if I ever get married and then divorced I'll definitely get that ring back.
