Problem is finding the right head(s) to roll. Looking though these post it is every one above the players. I think one maybe two are sufficient. Since the offense is the problem this year it seems to me to look at the staff there. The OL seems to be a problem with the passing game so I would go there first. My understanding that the OL coach has changed the techniques of the OL from a successful one we had the last few years. This would seem to be the first head to roll. The other is when we have an injury the staff does not know how to adjust. This to me seems to be the OC or HC. Here it is tough as who calls the plays. Any suggestions?

It has to be both! Enough said!

Firing all the players isn’t practical and I don’t think that’s most of the problem anyway.

Fire the oline coach. Bengals fans hated him.

Fire Linehan. I hate him.

The oline coach isn’t why Fred isn’t playing
News flash, our RB is having a good season in yards per carry and our QB is getting nearly the longest time safely in the pocket in the league
Maybe the oline isn’t playing so bad considering you have a rookie at one spot and the best player in the league at his position out

I want my OL coach and OC to have their heads
We're rushing fairly well here the top.
Our pass protection sucks but not nearly near the bottom

isn't there 9 new coaches this year, didn't heads already roll, just the wrong heads, should have been JG, SL, and RM

All healthy organizations hold the leaders at the top accountable for their actions. Our leadership at the top of the Cowboys have a long history of mediocrity and failure without anyone at the top EVER being held accountable.

When leaders at the top are not held accountable for failure, that lack of accountability permeates the entire organization. It becomes a cancer that effects everything. If your boss is not accountable for results, why should players feel they are?

But what’s worse, is THE LEADER, Jerry Jones, occasionally holds people accountable- but it’s usually coordinators or Assistant Coaches, but only rarely holds the HC or anyone in his family accountable. Not to mention himself. It’s really screwed up.

What we have is a really dysfunctional organization.

Jerry isn’t going anywhere. So since we can’t get a new GM I’d like to see these heads rolled:

Garrett
Linehan
Dak
La’el (he’s overrated)
OL coach
Hurns
Terrance
Gregory
Every tight end

the first head to roll should be the idiot who released frank pollack. he was arguably the best o-line coach in the nfl. I suspect tyron, freddy, zack, la'el, free and leary all have fond memories of him and what he did to help each of them.

He must have challenged JG. So JG ran to daddy Jones and had him removed.

You can be sure Jerry and Garrett will find a scapegoat, and yet the real problems will remain.

the move remains a mystery to me, dboy. made no sense at all. seems bengals o-line is looking real good so far this year under Pollack's tutelage.

Skins are on bye this week. The good news is the Giants play the Saints and the Eagles are playing the Titans, who look a lot better than people give them credit for.

I think the Titans look horrible. They only won last week because the Jags couldn’t score 10 points.

O-Line coach is a idiot to try to tinker with something that works amazing. I am saying the HC and OC. OC for obvious reasons and the HC for letting this same crap happen almost every year. I give him credit when he does his job. He is oblivious and the 13-3 year was as much as a surprise to him as it was me.
